Cyber ​​Diplomacy – What is it, why is it important and what does it mean for the future of the Internet?

On Tuesday 31st of May 2022 Internet Society Netherlands participated in the Platform Internet Standards meeting at Electronic Commerce Platform Nederland (ECP) in The Hague.

Internet Society Netherlands Chair, Ruben Brave, and Maaike Okano-Heijmans of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael contributed to the content of the meeting with the theme of Cyber ​​Diplomacy.

Other speakers were from Internet Society International and the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (Olaf Kolkman). Other topics on the agenda were MANRS, the results of the DNS abuse investigation by the EC and developments in the field of Internet.nl, such as the API plus dashboard, and the annual plan of the Platform Internet Standards.
